This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the DeployFast application. By using DeployFast, you agree to be bound by these terms, including any changes that may be posted from time to time. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
The DeployFast Software License grants unrestricted, perpetual access to its functionalities, tailored for individual creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Users can deploy websites or applications without recurring fees. DeployFast reserves the right to terminate the license without conditions, including for legal or security reasons, ensuring full control over software distribution and use.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or exchanges are not available once access is granted. DeployFast does not offer refunds once a customer gains access to the code, except where required by law.
DeployFast offers an affiliate program, managed through getrewardful.com. As an affiliate, you will earn a 30% commission on referrals. The following terms apply to the program:
Affiliates cannot run ads on branded keywords (e.g., "DeployFast"). Violating this rule results in suspension from the affiliate program.
Minimum payout is $100 via PayPal.
Violations of affiliate program guidelines may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

DeployFast is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. DeployFast does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or error-free operation. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
DeployFast makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of the software. DeployFast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event of any liability, DeployFast's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.
Users must not:
Impersonate others, introduce harmful software (viruses), or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
Use DeployFast in any manner that could disable or damage the service, interfere with others' usage, or otherwise engage in harmful activity.
Violation of these rules will result in termination of your account and may lead to legal action.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DeployFast harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of DeployFast or any breach of these terms.
DeployFast reserves the right to adjust pricing as it improves and expands its offerings. The current price may increase in the future.
DeployFast is not responsible for disruptions, pricing changes, or service issues caused by third-party services (e.g., AWS, Docker Hub). Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
DeployFast shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
DeployFast retains all intellectual property rights to its code, trademarks, and proprietary materials. No ownership rights are transferred to the user. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of DeployFast materials is strictly prohibited. Any breach of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action.
By using DeployFast, you grant us a license to use your company name and logo for marketing purposes. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us at contact@deployfast.cloud.

DeployFast grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, reverse-engineering, or using the software to build a competitive product.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DeployFast concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration or through the courts of Canada if arbitration is waived.
