This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between DeployFast, represented by Project Amigos LLC, and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the DeployFast coding boilerplate ("Product"). By downloading or using the Product, Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
DeployFast grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Personal License to:

The All-in License includes everything in the Team License, plus:
Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the DeployFast boilerplate. Licensee shall not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the DeployFast boilerplate or any rights granted under this Agreement. Licensee must not use the DeployFast boilerplate in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or to harm third parties.
Additionally, Licensee shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the DeployFast boilerplate.
DeployFast retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the DeployFast boilerplate. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the DeployFast boilerplate.
THE DEPLOYFAST BOILERPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEPLOYFAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DEPLOYFAST BOILERPLATE, EVEN IF DEPLOYFAST HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and DeployFast concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the DeployFast boilerplate.
The All-in License provides at least one year of updates, with the possibility of lifetime updates for a one-time payment of $299 USD.
DeployFast reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any terms. Termination may result in the immediate loss of access to the DeployFast boilerplate.
DeployFast processes any personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at deployfast.cloud/privacy-policy.
DeployFast offers an affiliate program through GetRewardful. By joining the affiliate program, you can earn a 20% commission for every customer you refer to DeployFast. However, affiliates are prohibited from running ads on branded keywords such as "DeployFast." Breaking this rule will result in suspension from the affiliate program.
The minimum payout for affiliates is $100, and all payments are processed through PayPal. DeployFast reserves the right to terminate any affiliate accounts found violating the terms of the affiliate program.
Due to the nature of digital products, DeployFast does not offer refunds once access to the boilerplate has been granted. All purchases are final.
Licensee agrees to use the DeployFast boilerplate in a lawful manner. Licensee shall not impersonate others, introduce harmful software (e.g., viruses), attempt unauthorized access to systems, or engage in other abusive behaviors on the platform. Any violations of this clause may result in termination of the Agreement and access to the product.
